AMKM Launches Commercial Real Estate Development & Investment Division

The Private Office of Sheikh Ahmed Bin Mana Bin Khalifa Al Maktoum announces the expansion of its activities through the launch of AMKM Development & Investment — a new division focused on commercial real estate development, investment, and asset management across Dubai and the wider United Arab Emirates.

The new division will be led by Denis Radzimovski, Director and Head of Commercial Real Estate at AMKM Development & Investment. Denis brings extensive international experience in commercial real estate development, investment structuring, and asset management, alongside a deep understanding of the operational and financial disciplines required to deliver complex real estate projects at institutional standards.

The establishment of AMKM Development & Investment represents a strategic expansion of AMKM's capabilities and reflects its long-term commitment to supporting high-quality, commercially viable, and sustainable real estate projects across the region.
